PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT ON PARTNER REMUNERATION
This document is an official offer (public offer) to conclude an agreement under the terms set forth below.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This offer applies to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the 'Partner') who wish to attract clients to purchase the right to use the 4logist software (access to the software), provided by UAB Solario projektai (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company').
1.2. Acceptance of the offer is carried out by submitting an application or by actually attracting a client.
2. Terms of Cooperation
2.1. The Company undertakes to pay the Partner a reward for each new client attracted by the Partner and who has made the first payment for using the 4logist software (minimum 3-month prepayment).
2.2. The remuneration amount is 100 (one hundred) euros.
2.3. A client is considered attracted by the Partner if, during registration, they:
– Registered the client and provided phone, email, and name through a page assigned to the Partner;
– Or informed the Company manager about the Partner;
– Or the client mentioned the Partner’s recommendation during the first conversation with the Company’s manager.
2.4. The reward is paid after the receipt of the first payment from the attracted client.
3. Payment Methods
3.1. The partner reward is paid by one of the following methods:
– Transfer to the Partner’s bank card;
– Transfer to the account details;
– Offset against payment for the Company's services (by mutual agreement).
3.2. The payment term is up to 15 business days from the date of confirmation of the client’s first payment.
4. Responsibilities of the Parties
4.1. The Company is not responsible for errors made by the Partner when providing payment details.
4.2. In case of fraud or unfair methods of attracting clients, the Company has the right to refuse payment.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this offer unilaterally by publishing updates on the official website.
5.2. This agreement is deemed concluded from the moment of the first payment by the client attracted by the Partner.
5.3. This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
